What is it used for?
Studies show that high levels of carnosine in the brain and cell membranes may serve as natural protection against glycation (a destructive process that is recognized as a major cause of ageing & degenerative diseases), oxidation of the cell membrane, and protein cross-linking.
What is Carnosine made of?
Carnosine contains 500 mg of pharmaceutical grade l-carnosine in a preservative-free gelatin capsule.
What is the dosage?
1 capsule daily away from food, or as directed by a health care professional.

What are the ingredients?
Carnosine only contains pharmaceutical grade (greater than 99% pure) l-carnosine, gelatin (capsule), magnesium trisilicate, and magnesium stearate. It does not contain wheat, rye, oats, corn, barley, gluten, soy, egg, dairy, yeast, sugar, wax, preservatives, colorings, or artificial flavorings.
